LAUNCH DATE: 6/23/25 AGENCY: SPCSHP (AKA Big Spaceship, BKNY) MY ROLE: Sr. Product Manager INTERNAL TEAM: US-based team of Project Managers, Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Account Managers. Project Description: A complete overhaul of the Sapphire Awards products digital ecosystem. The sites included Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire for Business and Sapphire Lounges. The project spanned the entirety of the first two quarters of 2025 and we worked with Merkle as our development partner.
